Notice for Customers Located in the United Kingdom: We are currently unable to ship any orders to the UK due to the changes in VAT tax collection beginning January 1, 2021. We will monitor the rules and will re-evaluate if any changes are made. Sorry for the inconvenience! The UK store Seven Hills Crafts is still able to import our products and carries a great selection of Newton's Nook Designs products.

All orders are shipped using USPS. Orders are typically mailed out within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Shipping times may be longer during new releases and holidays.

For US Addresses:
$4.50 Flat Rate Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $75.00

For Canada & Mexico Addresses:
$14.50 Flat Rate Shipping

For Australia & New Zealand Addresses:
$20.00 Flat Rate Shipping

For all other destinations:
$18.00 Flat Rate Shipping

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed. Please refer to the policies page for more information on payment options. Shipping Rates are subject to change at any time.

International First Class Mail will be marked as commercial merchandise. The value that you paid for the shipped items will be marked. You (the buyer) will be responsible for any applicable customs charges or taxes that may be associated with the delivery of your package. International delivery times vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country. Newton’s Nook Designs is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Order tracking may not be available for international orders, availability depends on the recipients country. If any issues arise with a delivery, we will do our best to assist.

Domestic orders are not considered lost until 30 days from the shipping date have passed. For international orders an order is not considered lost until 45 days have passed.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
