COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: We ARE shipping orders at this time.
Although our state is currently under a stay home order, we are a home based business, run by a husband and wife team (Jen and Jeff) and we are continuing to work from home. We keep our inventory on site so we are still able to ship your orders. We are taking care to keep our work areas sanitized and following CDC guidelines. We thank you so much for your orders and we and appreciate your support of our small business during this uncertain time! We hope that everyone is staying safe and finding some time to be creative and share kindness and cards with loved ones as we get through this difficult situation together!
Notice for International Customers: We are noticing longer ship times on international orders at this time due to COVID-19. Although we are still shipping internationally, we ask for your patience as there may be delays in deliveries of packages.
All orders are shipped using USPS. Orders are typically mailed out within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Shipping times may be longer during new releases and holidays.
For US Addresses:

For all other destinations:

International First Class Mail will be marked as commercial merchandise. The value that you paid for the shipped items will be marked. You (the buyer) will be responsible for any applicable customs charges or taxes that may be associated with the delivery of your package. International delivery times vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country. Newton’s Nook Designs is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Order tracking may not be available for international orders, availability depends on the recipients country. If any issues arise with a delivery, we will do our best to assist.
Domestic orders are not considered lost until 30 days from the shipping date have passed. For international orders an order is not considered lost until 45 days have passed.
You may return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
